Terms of Service

1. Your account

You need an account to generate videos or images. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create one.

Keep your sign-in details private. You're responsible for activity on your account, and you should tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed it.

2. Credits and plans

Renders are paid for with credits. Each model has a rate in credits per second of video, and the total cost is shown before you start a render. Credits are deducted when the render starts.

If a render fails to start or fails to finish, the credits charged for it are refunded to your balance automatically, once.

Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged for money. Paid plans are not on sale yet. When they are, their prices, billing periods, and cancellation terms will be shown before you buy, and we'll give notice before changing them.

3. Your content and outputs

You own your outputs; you're responsible for having the rights to what you generate. That includes your prompts and anything else you provide as input.

You give Kinora permission to process your prompts and outputs, and to send them to the model providers that render your videos and images, only as needed to run, secure, and improve the service.

AI-generated videos and images can be inaccurate or unexpected. Review your outputs before you publish them, and label AI-generated content where the platforms you post to, or the law, require it.

4. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use the service to create, request, or share:

• Sexual content involving minors, in any form, including fictional, animated, or AI-generated depictions.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery of any person.
• Deepfakes of real people presented deceptively, for example to impersonate them, defraud others, or mislead people about real events.
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or content that promotes violence or terrorism.
• Anything illegal where you live or where the content is shared.

You also may not abuse the service: no attempts to get around credit charges or usage limits, no automated scraping, and no attempts to break or reverse-engineer the service or the models behind it.

5. Third-party models

Videos and images are generated by models from third-party providers, such as Kling, Seedance, Veo, Nano Banana, GPT Image, and FLUX.2. Model names belong to their owners. Model availability, quality, and speed can change, and a model may be removed or replaced.

6. Takedown requests

If you believe content made with Kinora infringes your rights or breaks these terms, email ventures.kaili@gmail.com with a link or description of the content, why you believe it's unlawful or infringing, and how to reach you. We'll review every request and remove content where appropriate.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other people or the service at risk. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Kinora isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
